Big Piney Creek is NOT for beginning paddlers or children.

Renters are required to have prior whitewater experience for the Helton's Farm to Twin Bridges run.

All renters must have a valid driver's license.
All renters: are required to sign{error}{error}zebet ghana login
You must be present when signing form. Renter can NOT have someone sign for them.
Renters must be fitted by a Moore Outdoors employee for a Personal Floatation Device /lifejacket.
{error}{error}zebet ghana login Payment for damaged or lost equipment is due immediately.
Boats and/or equipment may be picked up after 9:00 a.m. and MUST be off of the creek by 6:00 p.m. and returned to the store/house before 7:30 p.m. DO NOT LEAVE BOATS/EQUIPMENT UNATTENDED AT LONG POOL.
There is room for only 2 adults and an ice chest in the rental canoes.
We do not allow overnight camping in our rental boats.
We recommend base camping at Long Pool or Moore Outdoors Campground.
CHILDREN: Helton's Farm to Long Pool: Children must be 14 years old & only if they are in the boat with a parent.
Below Long Pool: Children must be 9 years old & only if they are in the boat with a parent.

Any boats/equipment not returned to Moore Outdoors by 8:00 p.m. will be reported as stolen to the Pope County Sheriff's Dept., the Arkansas State Police, and the U.S. Forest Service and charges may be filed.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are recommended for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and Holidays. Full rental payment is required to make a reservation. Payment accepted is cash, checks with proper ID, Visa, Mastercard, and Discovery.
Sorry, absolutely no refunds.
If sending a check we allow 4 days for receipt of payment for reservation made by phone. After 4 days, boats will be considered open.

Reserved boats will be held until 11:00 a.m. on the date of the reservation unless we are notified of a later arrival date.
Having been in business since 1978, we have set our policies after careful thought and consideration. The whitewater season in Arkansas is short. In order for us to stay in business we must rent our equipment each and every day possible. Our "no cancellation" policy is necessary to ensure this.
RAIN CHECKS:
TRIPS TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE!
NO trips will be called off due to overcast skies, light rain, or possibility of rain.
Rain Checks will be issued by Moore Outdoors by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the day of the reservation ONLY if high water prevents safe trips on Big Piney Creek.
The issuing of raincheck will be determined by Moore Outdoors ONLY.
